Stayed in this incredibly beautiful hotel during the trip. Everyone from the staff was really helpful. The location was magnificent for walking around an observation tower. It was located in a downtown area not far from Kyoto Station and restaurants and Nishiki Market.

The rooms where cozy and excellent with a view of the temple and good facilities, as example. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a stovetop worked well.

The rooms were modern and spacious with excellent facilities. The staff were professional, helpful and had good English. The location was very convenient, being a short distance from the transport hub and the canal district. We appreciated the availability of free items for borrowing, such as baby seats and toys.

The hotel's location was not as central as we would have preferred, which meant that we had to take a taxi to reach the main cultural activities. We found some aspects of the rooms to be slightly unclean, particularly the toilet, and the noise from other guests was sometimes disruptive.

Fabulous base for a 4-night stay. Amiable, very kind people working here. Beautiful building and rooms with a view of the temple. Modern design of it. Location just next door to Kyoto Station and Yodobashi, restaurants and public transport options, and major areas around Kyoto.

Our stay at 20 Pieces was absolutely fantastic. The room we stayed in was modern and well-designed, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location of the hotel was great, with a short walk to Kyoto Station and nearby attractions like Kyoto Tower and a large shrine. We also appreciated the helpful staff who made our stay even better. we had a wonderful experience at 20 Pieces and would highly recommend it.

The only minor drawback was the lack of certain facilities like a gym, but this is not uncommon in Japan. Additionally, the hotel was not as centrally located as some others, but it was still within walking distance to Kyoto Station.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the station and close to the market. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a dining table and soundproofed walls. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV added to our entertainment. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also much appreciated. we were impressed with the comfort and quality services provided here.
